Metallica's Lars Ulrich is at the Cannes Film Festival this week for a special screening of the band's upcoming 3D concert film. Called, "Metallica Through The Never," it'll debut in IMAX theaters on September 27th.

Stone Temple Pilots have just put out a new song with Linkin Park's Chester Bennington called "Out of Time" and while they haven't officially named him as the band's new frontman, rumors are that they will be doing a lot more music together.

Like Dave Grohl doesn't have enough going on, he performed on stage with the Rolling Stones this weekend in California. Check out the video below:
